Northern Beltway Industrial Center

Seven large industrial buildings have been completed at the Northern Beltway Industrial Center. Smaller warehouse/office buildings have also been completed, providing hundreds of thousands of warehouse space; design is underway for others. The tilt-up wall and concrete structures offer 28-foot to 30-foot clear heights with divisibility for tenants down to 28,168 square feet. All buildings offer flexibility, with ground-level and dock doors for rear- or cross-dock loading. The project is situated near similar heavy-industrial use sites and the intersection of major thoroughfares.

The opening of the I-15 and Northern 215 Beltway intersection sparked the development of this area. There has been a continued demand from distribution and manufacturing firms to relocate to this strategic location in Las Vegas

The industrial center, developed by Thomas & Mack Development Group, meets growing industrial demand, with tenants such as General Electric Transportation Systems for locomotive engine repair. The general contractor is Martin-Harris Construction.
